Walking

Our stretching stand is on wheels that has brakes, so we roll it near a wall to hold onto and lock the wheels down.  The lucky person to walk goes up the ladder and gets up there with full weight.  We have had very heavy people up there with no problem, even if jumping on the skin.  The idea of the walk is to really press with either your heels or toes, trying to push any areas of the skin that are reluctant to stretch out.  We have found that walking is very important and we have had better sounding drums with 3 walks rather than just 2.  We spend time digging in and pressing at various focus points, making our way around the entire skin.  Hold on and get a good picture!
